How do I download NeuroLink?
To download NeuroLink, Go to our Download page and fill out the form and click on the Sumbit button. After you have submitted your information, check the Inbox of the email address you provided on the form for the email that contains the link to download the NeuroLink.zip file. If you do not see the email in your Inbox please check your Spam folder, or check the Inbox of all other email addresses you use.

How do I purchase NeuroLink Assements (NLAs)?
To purchase NLAs, Go to our Order page and and make your selection by clicking on the corresponding Add to Cart button. If this is you first order, please copy and paste your NeuroLink Key A into and an email addressed to nla@anineurolink.com.

How do I install NeuroLink?
After you have downloaded the NeuroLink .zip folder, Extract All or Unzip the Inst_nla_1.0.0 file and DO NOT rename the folder. Open the Inst_nla_1.0.0 folder, then open the Volume folder and double click on the setup.exe file, DO NOT change the name or location of the NeuorLink folder that will be installed in the Program Files(x86) folder or the Program Files folder (depending on the version of Windows on the computer).

How do I activate NeuroLink?
After you make your NLA purchase, Open NeuroLink and click on the copy the Key A button. Next paste the Key A into an email with the subject heading NeuroLink Activation Request and send it nla@anineurolink.com.

Can I download and install NeuroLink on more than one computer?
Yes, you can download and install NeuroLink on as many computer as you wish. Note, NeuroLink will only run in the Demo mode on each computers until you email nla@anineurolink.com the Key A of each computer, after your NLA purchase. Also, only the computers that you have made a NLA purchase will be activated.

Can I use the NLAs that I purchased on more than one computer?
Yes. After you have made a NLA purchase, email nla@anineurolink.com and request that the order be split between X number of computers. Note, you must included the NeuroLink Key A from each computer that will be splitting the NLA purchase. If the split will not be even, please indicate the number of NLAs for each computer.

How do I view/chart the patient's NeuroLink assesment history?
Select Existing Patient and then Select History.

When selecting the History option, is there a limit to the number of Assements/Sessions I can view/chart for one patient?
Yes. You can only view and/or chart up to 30 session.

Near the end of the assesment my Patient accidently selected the Cancel button, is there anything we do to retrieve the patient's reponses?
Click the Continue button and all the patients entires up to point where the patient selected the Cancel button should still be there. If the patient has not completed the NeuroLink assessment for this session, scroll down to the last answer and have the patient proceed from there. If the patient had completed the NeuroLink assessment click the Save and/or Print button.


We forgot to print the patient's assesment results before exiting NeuroLink. Can we still print the results of the patients last session?
Yes. Navigate to the Patient's NeuroLink folder and locate the SS_* file with the 8 digit number that represents the date of the patients session. Next right click on the file icon and select Print when the window appears click on the Print button.
